So it has begun, I was lucky enough to convince my wife to get a small room for my fish equipment. We just moved, and I have to move my biocube tank to our new home. Before I did that, I wanted to get a water source going and set up my RO/DI filter and water changing station.

My plans are to at some point have a 10-12' long peninsula tank (dream setup) I love the idea of being able to see three sides of the tank, so a peninsula was a must.

I went out a picked up two 55 gallon drums, one for RO/DI water and one for a mixing station. On the way home I stopped by Home Depot to pick up some lumber. I did not know how I wanted to lay everything out or exactly how much wood I would need, so I grabbed what I thought I would need. (I pass Home Depot on the way homes and would waist at least an hour back and forth to go home and figure it all out first).

I know I wanted the RO/DI unit as high as possible. After playing around, I got it all set up. I still need to go back and add a couple of support 2x4 ut, for the most part, the stand is built. I was hoping to get a utility sink in next to the mixing station, but my fuzzy math was off, and it looks like I will be 1" short. I will get the plumbing hardware soon, and when I do, I will plumb it all up.
