More Details
General info about Traceys Damselfish
This magnificent Damselfish sports an exhilarating combination of regal purple coloration that transitions to a rich canary-yellow coloration that punctuates the anterior portion of the fish. Gradations of warm pink and orange coloration reminiscent of a sunset beautifully accentuate the dominant purple and yellow coloration to dramatic effect.
Similar in care as other Damselfish, the Tracey's Damselfish requires a medium to a larger sized aquarium with numerous hiding places. Though the Tracey's Damselfish will tend to ignore other fish, invertebrates, or corals, some may be territorial towards its own kind or similar-sized fish. Keep the Tracey's Damselfish in small groups of odd numbered fish in suitably sized systems for a truly impressive display.
